The hotel's atmosphere felt homely, and the staff were notably friendly, ensuring we felt comfortable as we explored the area. One standout experience was when Mr Suresh, the owner, personally updated our room upon arrival. His attention to detail made our stay enjoyable. I appreciated the travel services they offered - we booked a sightseeing tour that showcased local gems, including vibrant markets and serene beaches, making our trip memorable. The hotel's quiet location was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Although we encountered a few minor issues, like the occasional rain bug, the helpful staff, particularly Dhanyashree, were always ready to assist. Vignesh took care of our room every day, contributing to our overall comfort. If your family is looking for a place that emphasizes supportive hospitality and has excellent travel services for a seamless experience, I'd recommend Viswa Residency. It was a delightful choice for creating cherished memories together.
